The flow chart below summarises what happens after you have made an order. If your order is in stock for immediate dispatch, it only takes 1-2 business days to process and ship out your order from the time your order was received.


All orders made on Bargainpile.Net are dispatched from the United Kingdom by the Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your item locally, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with more details.


The table below summarises available shipment methods for domestic and international orders and other important details regarding each method.


Domestic Orders (Within United Kingdom)
  • Royal Mail First Class(2-4 working days) - This shipping method is available as a flat Rate of £1.99 irregardless of how many items you order.
  • Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery(1-2 working days) - This rate varies and will be calculated automatically for you when you check out depending on the weight of your order.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery(Next Day delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, Mondays to Fridays) - Please note that Next Day delivery is only guaranteed from the date your order is posted. Some orders may take up to 2 working days before they can be shipped out.


  • International Orders (Outside United Kingdom)
  • Standard Worldwide 1st Class Airmail - Usually arrives within 2 weeks from the shipping date but sometimes may take up to 3 or 4 weeks for certain regions due to a variety of reasons.
  • Royal Mail International Signed For - 5 - 10 working days
  • Common causes of delays in international shipments include shipping delays by the carrier, public holidays, festive season, customs inspections etc. Please allow 30 days to pass before you contact us regarding your order if you believe it may be lost. We are unable to file an inquiry with the Royal Mail if 30 days has not passed since the posting date.


  • Tracking Your Order
    Tracking is available for all Recorded, Signed for and Courier Postage options. These tracking numbers are available upon request once your order has been Shipped. Please note however that some tracking numbers are only available online a few days after the postage date and some can only be used as delivery confirmation meaning it will only be available after your item has been received.     Where is my Order?
    Delivery times shown for each shipment method is an estimate and all services are offered on a best effort basis. These figures may vary due to a variety of causes. The common ones being public holidays and festive seasons. Our obligation as the retailer only extends to the point of postage whereupon it is the sole responsibility of the mail carrier to ensure that it reaches you. In some cases, some items in your order are available before others. Depending on the availability time of the other items, the products in stock will be posted out to you first while the other items will be posted out at a later date. Please note the product availability times indicated in each product listing. These times however are estimations and are not guaranteed. Note that the decision to split your order into multiple packages is done at the sole discretion of Bargainpile.net.
    In the unlikely event that your order is lost in the mail, please notify us by email and request for a replacement. Once the relevant details have been confirmed, a replacement will be arranged to be posted out to you within 5 working days. This is subject to stock availability at the time.
    If your parcel turns up after you have requested for a replacement you must notify us immediately and if your replacement has been sent to you, it must be returned to us.

    Replacements
    If your parcel is lost in the mail please contact us to arrange for a replacement. You will be required to reconfirm your mailing address and if your mailing address is incorrect you will be liable to pay for reshipping and processing charges before your replacement can be shipped. You may be required to pay shipping surcharges in the case that your replacement is shipped out via a tracked shipping method. We reserve the right to cancel any orders lost in the mail at any time and send you a full refund.
    Claims for lost mail will be investigated thoroughly by the postal company and abuse of this service will be investigated and strict action will be taken.

    Change of Address
    Please check that your mailing address is accurate when checking out. If you have noticed an error in your mailing address, please contact us immediately for it to be corrected. As some orders are shipped within hours, we are unable to guarantee that your address will be successfully amended.

    Product Returns

    All products shown on our website is covered by a 1 year limited guarantee. This guarantee is void in the case that any part of the product has been modified or tampered with.
    We accept returns in the event that:
  • Your item is not functioning as advertised
  • You have received the wrong item
  • You have placed the order in error and have ordered the wrong item
  • You wish to send it back to us for technical support.
    If the nature of your problem is not listed above, kindly contact us for further assistance.
  • To contact us for a return, please download and complete the Product Returns Form.
